The year 2022 was one of great challenges and extraordinary events. Especially the Ukraine war and high inflation rates led to a rising demand for tangible assets, which are considered 'safe havens' in times of crisis. This triggered a veritable run on art objects, vintage cars, luxury bags, jewellery, watches and other luxury goods. The market for high-quality autographs, which we embed in our luxury bags, has also generated top results several times this year at various auctions. This naturally also had a positive effect on SEKRÈ.
SEKRÈ has suceeded in establishing themselves as an 'insider brand', also on the international markets. This is mainly due to our policy of strictly limited numbers - usually less than100 handbags per edition. This is what distinguishes us from well-known Italian and French luxury brands, which appeal to a broader audience and thus produce significantly larger quantities.
To determine the value of our products, we apply an algorithm that also takes into account stock market quotes of the most important luxury manufacturers worldwide. It records an average increase of over 27% in the value of our bags since the beginning of the year.
